29 April 2008 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or the "Company") Directorate Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that on 23 April 2008, Effi Bazia, Finance Director, disposed of 16,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") equivalent to 0.01 per cent. of the issued voting share capital. The Ordinary Shares were sold at 28.6p per share.

Mr. Bazia now holds 43,000 Ordinary Shares in iPoint, equivalent to 0.04 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
