Town Centre Securities PLC ("Company") announces that it has been notified by Edward Ziff, a director of the Company, that security over 312,622 ordinary shares in the Company currently held by the trustees of Will Trust No.30 was granted against a loan made to him on 16 August 1993. Edward Ziff is a trustee of the Will Trust No. 30 and his children are among the beneficiaries of that Trust.
