Director Shareholdings 

The Company has been informed that non-executive Chairman Maurice Dwek purchased today 5,780,000 shares in the Company at 1p per share. 

Mr Dwek now holds interest in 59,099,467 shares which represent 13.12% of the current total voting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been informed that non-executive Director Alexander Reid purchased today 5,000,000 shares in the Company at 1p per share. 

Mr Reid now holds interest in 82,633,237 shares which represent  18.35% of the current total voting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been informed that non-executive Director Nicholas Medlam purchased today 720,000 shares in the Company at 1p per share. 

Mr Medlam now holds interest in 720,000 shares which represent 0.16 % of the current total voting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.
