Director's shareholding

iomart announces that on 18 June 2008 the Angus MacSween 2008 Discretionary Trust ("the Trust"), gifted 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Angus MacSween, chief executive officer and a director of the Company.

Following this transaction, Angus MacSween's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged, with his personal holding being 19,286,304 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 19.40 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
