The Company has been notified that Mike Buzzacott, Non Executive Director, on 10 September 2010 purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 758.50p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mike Buzzacott's shareholding in the Company now stands at 3,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.005% of the issued share capital of the Company.
