Directors' shareholdings
Chamberlin plc (CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, has announced that the Board yesterday granted share options to the Executive Directors under the Chamberlin Share Option Plan (the "CSOP") at the direction of the Board's Remuneration Committee.
The Directors have been granted the following options:

The share options will vest on three equal tranches on each of the third, fourth and fifth anniversaries of the date of grant, subject to satisfaction of certain performance conditions and provided the participant remains employed on the relevant date of exercise. To the extent that the option or any part of it vests, it remains exercisable until 25 November 2024.
Following the grant of these options, the Executive Directors' interests in the Company comprise:
