Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR) or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 18 September 2015 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 9 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,795 pence per Ordinary Share on 17 September 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust is 21,497,065 Ordinary Shares (50.69%).
