Celsis International PLC21 September 2005 CELSIS INTERNATIONAL PLC Directors' Shareholdings Celsis International plc ("the Company") was notified on 20 September 2005 thaton 20 September 2005 Jay LeCoque, Chief Executive Officer and ChristianMadrolle, Finance Director, have each re-invested dividends they received fromthe Company in Celsis International plc shares. Mr LeCoque has acquired 1,780 Celsis ordinary 5p shares, at 178.5p, making histotal holding 113,380 shares, representing 0.5% of the issued share capital ofthe Company.
