Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that, on the same day, Quantic Limited, which is a Closely Associated Person to Rui de Sousa, Chairman of the SOCO Board of Directors, acquired a further 550,000 SOCO Ordinary Shares, which had been previously held by Mr de Sousa personally, at a purchase price of £1.18 per shares.

As a result of this transaction, Rui de Sousa's interests in the voting rights of the Company are unchanged and he continues to be interested in a total of of 9,648,324 Shares, representing 2.91% of the voting rights and issued share capital of the Company, of which

· 8,708,820 Shares (2.62%) are held by Palamos Limited, a closely associated person to Rui de Sousa;

· 939,504 Shares (0.28%) are held by Quantic Limited, a closely associated person to Rui de Sousa.
