On 19 June 2013, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 17 June 2013 Kevin Dunn, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired 203,389 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") for nil consideration on the exercise of a deferred share award and on the same day sold 95,865 shares at a price of 331.8p per share to fund tax and National Insurance liabilities.
The place of this transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
