GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER SAVINGS RELATED SHARE OPTION PLAN

Premier Farnell Plc (the Company) announces a grant of options to Nicholas Cadbury, Chief Financial Officer, under the Company's HMRC approved savings related share option plan on 18 April 2012.
