Waterman Group PLC08 June 2007 Waterman Group plc ("the Company") Director Shareholding The Company was today informed that Mr Craig WK Beresford, a director of theCompany, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of £1.97 per shareyesterday.
