The Company was notified on 6 October 2008 that David Hollywood, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 3,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 September 2008 at a price of £2.79 per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Mr Hollywood's beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company is 11,000 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
