DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 7 June 2018, Rob de Groot, President Hygiene Home, a PDMR, exercised 214 share options granted on 6 November 2014 at an option price of £41.88 per share under the Reckitt Benckiser Group 2007 Global Stock Profit Plan and retained all of the resulting Shares.
Following this transaction, Mr de Groot's shareholding has increased to 362,834 Shares, representing 0.0514% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
The following notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
