Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of K3, the IT solutions provider which provides Enterprise Resource Planning solutions to the supply chain industry, has received notification that on 22 March 2012 Mr David John Bolton, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 105,350 Ordinary Shares of 25p each from his Self-Invested Pension Plan to his sole legal and beneficial ownership at a price of 192.5p per share.
Following this transaction there is no change to Mr Bolton's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Bolton holds in total 937,972 Ordinary Shares of 25p each representing 3.29 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
