Directors' Interests

The Company announces that on 3 September 2008 Ronnie Hanna, Chairman of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 247p per share. Following this transaction, Ronnie Hanna's total shareholding in the Company is 97,665 shares, representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that on 3 September 2008, Kevin Hart, Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 247.5p per share. Following this transaction Kevin Hart's total shareholding in the Company is 330,000 shares, representing 0.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
