On 22 March 2010 the Company was informed that Phil Cartmell, a non-executive director of CSF Group, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on that day at a price of 63 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr. Cartmell holds 30,000 ordinary shares in CSF Group.
