Director's dealings
The Company was informed on 16 February 2011 that on 15 February 2011 Chau Vinh Heng (Jacky), Non-Executive Vice Chairman, sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at a price of $0.50 per share. Following this sale, Mr Chau now holds 8,114,180 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
