Interregnum PLC18 July 2005 Interregnum plc ("Interregnum" or "the Company") Director Shareholding Interregnum was advised today that Ian Taylor, a director of the Company,purchased 56,750 ordinary shares of the Company at 7.5p per share today. Following the above purchase, Mr Taylor now has an interest in a total of380,000 ordinary shares, which represent 0.41 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
