The Company was notified on 21 September 2012, that Mr Gerry Brown, a Director of the Company, sold 7,840 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 524.2p per share. Following this sale, which took place on 20 September 2012, Mr Brown has a beneficial interest in 17,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
