The Company has received notification that Mr. R. Campbell, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at 159 pence per Share. Following this transaction Mr. Campbell is interested in 35,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
