Cambria was advised on 10 July 2013 that Raigersfield Capital Limited, a family company controlled by Philip Swatman, (Chairman of Cambria) and his wife Rosemary Swatman, acquired 165,000 ordinary shares at 30.5 pence per share. Following the transaction, Philip Swatman and persons related to him are interested in 165,000 ordinary shares or approximately 0.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
