The Company was notified today of the following disposal of Premier Foods plc ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") by a Director of the Company:

David Beever, Non-executive Director

On 24 March 2010, Mr Beever disposed of 56,250 Shares at a price of 33.01p. Following the disposal, his total holding is 112,500 Shares representing less than 0.01% of the Company's issued capital.
