Director Shareholding
The Company announces that, on 1 May 2012, Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, bought 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of 10.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Grimmond has a beneficial interest in 4,998,337 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, representing 13.11 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
