First Property Group PLC05 April 2006 Directors' shareholdings First Property Group plc ("First Property" or the "Company") announces that itwas notified yesterday that on 4 April 2006 Mr Alasdair Locke, chairman of FirstProperty, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at 15p per share. Following thispurchase, Mr Locke now holds 8,571,990 ordinary shares, representing 7.7% of theissued share capital of the Company. First Property was also notified yesterday that on 4 April 2006 Mr Ben Habib,chief executive of First Property, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at 15p pershare. Following this purchase, Mr Habib now holds 14,424,283 ordinary shares,representing 12.9% of the issued share capital of the Company, and has optionsto subscribe for 2,750,000 new ordinary shares.
