James Latham plc announces that it was informed on 30 March 2009 that the same day, Mrs K Dunmow, wife of David Dunmow, the Finance Director, purchased 800 ordinary shares in the Company at 105 pence. Following this acquisition the revised total beneficial holding of Mr and Mrs Dunmow amounts to 62,618 ordinary shares, representing 0.33 per cent of the Company’s total voting rights.
