On 29 August 2012, the Company was notified that George Gurry, Chairman of the Company, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at £2.81. Following the transactions Mr George Gurry is interested in 2,375,869 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 14.98% of the issued share capital.
