Stobart was notified on 11 March 2014 that Richard Butcher, CEO Stobart Estates/Company Secretary, bought 37,800 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Group on 10 March 2014 at a price of 131.25p per share.
This disclosure is made pursuant to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
His total beneficial holding in the Company following this acquisition increased to 117,865 ordinary shares.
