The Company announces that it has received notice that on 24th June 2008, Ray Miles acquired 462 Ordinary shares under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan at 365.48p per share.
Following this purchase, Ray Miles has a beneficial interest in 45,489 Ordinary shares representing 0.024% of the Company's issued share capital.
