Asian Citrus was notified on 13 October 2010 that Hon Peregrine Moncreiffe, an non-executive director of the Company, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company on 13 October 2010 at an average price of 74.00 pence (HK$9.0428*) per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Moncreiffe now holds 50,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.006% of the Company's issued capital and 500,000 employee share options.
