The Company was informed on 3 October 2008 that on 3 October 2008 Charles Brooks, the Finance Director of the Company, purchased 112,463 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8.79 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Mr Brooks holds 112,463 shares representing 0.03% of the Company's current issued share capital.
