Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 20 April 2012 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 984 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 615 and 625 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 April 2012.

Following these transactions, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 24,025,887 Ordinary Shares (53.45%).
