NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' INTERESTS
In fulfilment of its obligations under DTR 3.1.4R(1)(c) the Company wishes to notify that the persons listed below, each being an Executive Director of the Company, were, on 16 May 2012, granted awards (structured as nil cost options) under the CPPGroup Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and entitling him to acquire ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at nil cost, as summarised below.
