Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus announces that it was notified on 11 March 2014 that on 11 March 2014, a SIPP managed on behalf of Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director, purchased 3,849 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 206p per share.

Douglas Emslie's interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 910,152 Shares, representing approximately 0.9 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
