The Company announces that it has been informed that on 1 December 2010 David Durant, Planning and Design Director, passed by gift 5,400 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company for nil consideration to a member of his immediate family. Mr. Durant now has a beneficial interest in 1,241,167 ordinary shares, representing 2.55% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
