Leadership Equity Award Plan (LEAP)

Carillion plc (the Company) reports that the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) has been granted interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 50p each.

The award was made on 3 September 2012 under the LEAP. The number of shares vesting will be subject to achievement of the performance target which is measured against the EPS growth and cash flow conversion rate over a 3 year period.
