On 20 March 2009 Computacenter Plc was notified that Simon Walsh, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) of the Company, had on the same day, sold 66,260 ordinary shares at an average price of 125 pence. This transaction represented approximately 0.043% of the issued share capital. Following this transaction, Simon Walsh's beneficial holding in the Company is 17,319 ordinary shares (representing 0.011% of the Company's issued share capital).
