Further to the announcement of the result of the Initial Tender Offer on 26 October 2012, PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc announces that David von Simson, Chairman of the Company, tendered 30,000 ordinary shares in the Initial Tender Offer at the Tender Price of US$0.30 per share, settlement of which occurred on 31 October 2012. Following completion of the Initial Tender Offer, Mr von Simson holds 70,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.07% of Company's issued share capital.
