Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 4 May 2011 that:

a) the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased a total of 49,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 660 pence and 675 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 April 2011 and 3 May 2011; and

b) Karin Mortstedt, the wife of Sten Mortstedt and therefore a connected person, purchased 1,000 Ordinary Shares at 660 pence per Ordinary Share on 3 May 2011. 

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 24,287,565 Ordinary Shares (53.27%).
