The Company was notified that today Mr. Nathan Steinberg, a Non - executive Director, purchased 166,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at 15p per share.

This purchase brings his total holding to 266,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1% of the Company's total voting rights.
