Grant of options to Directors
Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") (LSE: BQE) announces that Nick Adams, Group Chief Executive of Bioquell, and Mark Bodeker, Group Finance Director & Chief Operating Officer, have been awarded options ("Options"), with vesting pre-conditions, over Bioquell ordinary shares with an exercise price of 146.5p.
Mr Adams has been awarded 194,000 Options. Mr Bodeker has been awarded 165,000 Options.
In order for the Options to vest Bioquell has to report earnings per share growth of RPI plus 7.5% per annum for three years.
