Garner plc Director shareholding

The Board of Garner plc (the "Company") received notification on 22 June 2007 that Bruce Lakefield, a director of the Company, had bought 20,000 ordinary shares at 5p per share.

Following this transaction, Bruce Lakefield holds an interest in 720,000 ordinary shares to which voting rights attach representing approximately 1.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 37,968,937 ordinary shares of 1p each.
