Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that Mr Jonathan Pochin, a director of a subsidiary company, transferred 300,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 28 April 2009 by way of gift to his wife, Sarah Joanne Pochin. 

Mr Jonathan Pochin's beneficial interest in 431,009 ordinary shares in the Company therefore remains unchanged, being 2.07 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
