Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to the global agriculture markets, was notified on 06 October 2014 that, on 06 October 2014, James Ede-Golightly, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased into his SIPP account 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 72p per share.

Following this transaction Mr. Ede-Golightly has a personal holding of 245,111 shares in the Company (representing 0.34% of the current issued share capital), and a further beneficial interest in 200,000 shares (0.28% of its share capital) through Fermain Capital Limited.
