Director's Dealing
The Company announces that Stephen Heapy, a director of the Company, yesterday exercised options over 25,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 67p per share. Following this transaction Mr Heapy holds 65,136 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and has remaining options over 110,000 Ordinary Shares.
