Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC (the "Company")
Director's share transfer
The Company was notified today that, on 17 December 2013, Andrew Salmon, Chief Operating Officer, transferred 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") held in the Company from his self-invested personal pension fund to his Individual Savings Account at a price of £12.55 pence per share.
There is no change to Mr Salmon's beneficial interest in the Company which, following this notification, remains at 51,699 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
