Director/PDMR Dealings

The Board of the Company was informed today of the following director/PDMR dealings, which took place on 6 October 2008:

1) Howard Kitchner, a director of the Company, acquired a beneficial interest in 125,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") for a price of 1p per Share. The Shares were acquired by Mr Kitchner's self invested personal pension fund. As a result of this dealing, Mr Kitchner is interested in 9,869,163 Shares (representing approximately 8.9 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).

2) Sanjay Gandhi, a director of Hydra Management Limited (a subsidiary of the Company), acquired 92,420 Shares at a price of 0.875p per Share and 7,580 Shares at a price of 1p per Share. As a result of this dealing, Mr Gandhi is interested in 100,000 Shares (representing approximately 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
