IG SEISMIC SERVICES MAKES DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING DISCLOSURE

The Company hereby notifies that Mr. Sergey Generalov (IG Seismic Services PLC (IGSS) Board member until 15 June 2017 inclusively) has disposed in the course of transaction with OTKRITIE INVESTMENTS CYPRUS LIMITED 832,018 shares of IGSS and 624,619 GDRs of IGSS (each IGSS GDR represents two IGSS ordinary shares) representing 9.99% share of the issued share capital of IGSS. The transaction with GDRs was closed on 20 June 2017.The transaction with ordinary shares was closed on 21 June 2017.

In accordance with its obligations and disclosure requirements (DTR 3.1.2 and Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation), the Company makes the following disclosure:
