DIRECTOR'S DEALING
The board of Creightons plc (the "Company") was informed that Bernard Johnson, a director of the Company, yesterday transferred 1,560,000 ordinary shares in the Company from a nominee account of which he is the beneficial owner into his pension fund at a price of 2.5026p.
Following the transfer, Bernard Johnson's beneficial holding remains the same as previously notified, at 3,484,569 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.40 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
