In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Neil Smith, a PDMR, on 16 June 2011 purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £1.23 through his self-invested pension fund. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 286,309 which is 0.35% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
